How do engagements usually start?
Most engagements start with a diagnostic conversation. If there is fit, we define the scope, timeline, decision owners, and expected deliverables before anything begins.
Do you replace our marketing or sales team?
No. We strengthen the system your team operates. Sometimes we help redesign process, messaging, or cadence, but the goal is to make the organization more capable.

How long does the Growth Architecture take?
Usually 3 to 4 weeks from kickoff to delivery, depending on access to data, interviews, and decision makers.
What do we receive?
You receive the bottleneck diagnosis, system reading, prioritized roadmap, executive summary, and a clear 90-day sequence.
What happens if we do not continue with Kronek afterward?
You keep the deliverable. It is designed to be useful whether you execute internally, continue with Kronek, or work with another partner.
What do you need from our side?
Usually the founder or general manager, revenue or marketing leadership, CRM/pipeline data, current positioning assets, and three to five focused interviews.

Are the free guides really free?
Yes. Free guides require name, email, and consent so we can deliver the resource and add you to the relevant Kronek/Brevo list.
What happens after I buy the Marketing AI Playbook?
The intended launch flow is: payment is confirmed through Stripe, the order is recorded, and the buyer receives the guide by email.
Can I share a paid guide with my team?
Yes, inside your company team. The intent is one purchase per company team using the material together.

Can checkout happen inside Kronek.com?
Yes. The recommended implementation is embedded Stripe Checkout or Stripe Elements backed by Supabase Edge Functions.
Why not only use a Stripe Payment Link?
Payment Links are fast, but they send the buyer to Stripe. Embedded Checkout keeps the experience on Kronek while still using Stripe securely.
How will people receive paid PDFs?
Stripe payment confirmation should trigger a webhook that records the order and sends the buyer a secure download link by email.
What email system is used?
Brevo is used for contacts, lists, and transactional delivery where configured.

Are resources different from blog posts?
Yes. Blog posts explain a point of view. Resources are practical assets designed to be used inside the business.
Will the blog be SEO-focused?
Yes. The site is being built so articles, resources, products, and podcast content can be indexed cleanly with the right language paths.
Will the site support English and Spanish?
Yes. English lives on the root routes and Spanish lives under /es, with language switchers and hreflang alternates.
Can resources be updated later?
Yes. The system is designed so products, guides, articles, and podcast content can evolve as the methodology improves.

What is the Kronek Podcast Network?
It is the media layer of Kronek: shows, episodes, notes, themes, and editorial assets connected to the same thesis behind the consulting work.
Will podcasts have their own pages?
Yes. Shows and episodes should have dedicated pages so each program can build identity, search visibility, and listener pathways.
Can the admin Podcast Studio stay?
Yes. The goal is to preserve the publishing workflow while moving the public website into the new SEO-friendly architecture.
How should podcast content support the business?
Episodes should create authority, clarify Kronek's point of view, and connect listeners to consulting, resources, and newsletter paths.
